Terms & Conditions for Trade-In:
- We accept iPhone models from the iPhone 11 series onwards, including the latest models.
- We accept iPad models released from 2021 onwards, including the latest models.
- We accept recent Samsung models, preferably higher-spec models such as the Galaxy S22 series and above.
- The device must be in good condition and come with its original box packaging and cable. Devices that are damaged, heavily used, or incomplete may be subject to a lower trade-in value.
- The trade-in value provided is an estimated value only and is subject to change following inspection.
- The final trade-in value will be determined after an inspection by our technician team at our branch.
